Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. However, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return or exchange process.

If you ordered the wrong item, you may make a 1-1 exchange with us, provided that the item is new and in its original condition. We do not accept used products. We only accept exchanges or refunds if our products arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please send us a picture of the item, the invoice, and your order number immediately. Kindly email us at reocart@gmail.com, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. We may ask you to return the item to us, and we will reimburse the postage to you. The item returned must be in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase via email when you return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Handbags are on clearance stock price and sale considered to final.

There is no restocking fee on the return products.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and credit card company first. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us at reocart@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or one-to-one exchange for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at reocart@gmail.com

Shipping

To return or exchange your product, you should mail it to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
